If you have reached here then you are hopefully seeking some kind of business I.T. support? We can provide you with either a Remote or On-site Computer Systems Engineer according to the work you would like us to address.
As a 'Pay As You Go' customer, you have access to the same expertise as our contract customers but will not benefit from some of the key advantages, like Priority support, Pro-Active management, 24-7 Helpdesk and Discounted labour rates.
However, if you are a very small business or simply need a one-off site visit, then please give us a call. We can often get an engineer to visit you within 1 business day, sometimes much sooner. In fact, travel costs are included for many parts of Ipswich or charged at a competitive rate for the surrounding areas and beyond.
Purchase Adhoc SupportPurchase Adhoc I.T. support credits
To purchase remote I.T. support credit, select the 'Purchase Credits' button. The order form will allow a minimum purchase of one remote support session. The more support session credits you purchase, the greater the discount.
After payment completion, you will receive an email confirming the number of support credits purchased and these will be stored on our database for future reference.
NOTE: Support credits expire 12months from the date of purchase.
Pre-Pay Adhoc Support CustomerRemote I.T. Support
If you have already spoken to one of our engineers and have already purchased pre-paid for at least one remote support session then select the the 'Get Support' button to start the remote support process.
Pre-support Check List
- Engineer has confirmed remote support is suitable
- You are in possession of at least one unused remote support credit (See below)
- You are able to access the Internet normally
- You have read & agreed to our Terms & Conditions
